Gettin my 1990 SN SJ all ready to go for this upcoming season
got a new Factory B-pipe with limited chamber.

I polished my manifold and matched my gaskets. gonna be gettin my motor back in pretty soon. I am just inspecting cleaning, lubing, dielectricing and every other ing you can think of to make sure it is as reliable as possible.

I have a hydraulic trim set up on its way from X2Addict
Ill get that beast modded up for my ski

But I also broke my stock pole bracket at the Blowsion Surf Slam last year. So I decided to make one...billet baby!!!

sweet. Did you cut that with a band saw? Mine is cracked too and I was going to make one at school on the mill.

yep I used a band saw and then cleaned it up with a flap disk wheel, got it tigged and then polished it. I milled out the spot where my pole latch goes and milled so my bolts cleared the welds. and milled the rubber cable guard hole thinner to except the rubber

way to go that looks nice! most custom made brackets I've seen didn't incorporate the piece to keep the pole up so props to you

I have a water jet if you ever need a quote on cutting those out real fast.
