Wow, that looks good to me. I'm interested to hear how this works out for ya. I have been very hesitant to change flywheels, so far. I don't feel like scattering my motor and trying to get the money for a new one. lol

Got her installed tonight.

Kudos to me - I didn't strip the flywheel puller bolt in the f*cking flywheel again.

It was SUCH A GOOD TIME!

I had to remove the intake grate and ride plate so I could pull the pump so I could unbolt the engine from its mounts so I could slide the engine back so I could get the gas tank out but the exhaust was in the way so I had to remove the exhaust and got the gas tank out so I could remove/install the flywheel.

Curiously, on my 05 SX-R, I can get the gas tank out without moving the engine. What's up with that?

You can, but it's a pain in the a$$. Just pull the motor.

I've never tried to get the gas tank out with out removing the motor, but I have removed the motor a few times without taking the pump out. Why did you have to pull the pump to get the motor out?

On a SJ, you can pull the flywheel by just taking the tank out, which only requires removing the battery. Give me 15 minutes and I can have mine out, air tools rock!

On my REV you are able to remove the tank, flywheel, chamber...pretty much ANYTHING by itself...

there is so much freaking room in there its not even funny..

I see an impeller in your tray there too, what are your plans for that elusive ( for a kawi) bottom end grunt you are wanting?
