They want their toys back , these are two of the cleanest 650SX skis I have ever worked on and the trailer is gorgeous but needs some help in the functionality department.
It just has a flat carpeted pad which means nothing keeps the skis stable side to side and it's being held on by ratchet straps front and rear , not the best solution, I would like to see pieces made to accept bow pins, it already has posts in the front and he needs to add flat bunks or PVC bunks to keep the skis stationary but it has torsion bar axles and tows like a dream.
You can't see it in the pics but once you remove the skis there is a lockable storage space under the floor , led lights and LED whips on the back, very slick.
I water tested them today, one had a bad spark plug and needed a carb adjustment , the other one just needed the carb adjusted , why these Kehin 38's are so fiddley I have no idea , it seems I have to keep changing the needle settings every year to make them run correctly, the idea was floated about converting them both to Mikuni 44SBN's but he hasn't bitten on that idea just yet.
