yea so this guy couldnt get enough of looking at my ski, i caught him watching me ride for a little bit and the i ate so he rode up next to me on his seapoo to ask a couple questions and ending up just loving everything about it.

i told him about this site and told him to USE THE SEARCH function to check everything out and not to ask any stupid questions lol:Banane36:

i guess he has a lot of money b/c he didnt care to flinch about any of thie pricing on used SJ's and wants me to help him find one:squint: but then again he did pay probably 10k+ for the seapoo:smashfreakB:

super cool guy though and i told him about daytona motosurf:bananajump: but he just couldnt seem to get enough so i think i converted him lol:biggrin:


he says "i need one of those, this thing is just way to heavy and big to do anything and that thing looks like the most fun i have seen in a while!, but my seadoo does do 75!" lol:shrug:

i dunno hopefully i can help him find a ski and get him riding and have him go to daytona b/c then he reallly wont go back!:biggrin:

I got waved down by a skier last weekend. We talked about them. He had a Kawi 550, and was wanting another stand up. I gave him the number for a 1990 SJ I found for sale.

I saw one on the side of the road this summer. I always dreamed skis when i was little, loved watching the races. Never ridden one until i bought one this summer. I have converted everyone i know who will come ride with me. Never thought i could have so much fun on the water. I will be sellling my kneeboard and wakeboard to get some more cash freed up to buy another ski.

Every time i take it out someone starts with the questions, eyes full with envy.
I even took this kid from class out on it. He is from Malaysia and was flying on the the thing yelling "jet ski" "woooooo". It was so hilarious. But it must have been an experience of a lifetime. When he graduates this semester he will take his experience back to his home country and tell everyone, i hope.

I went to Ace hardware to mail out a few more ski parts and this guy asked if I worked on skis. He had heard that I rode and worked on them. Anyhow he wanted me to help him and his woman to find a 3 seater. I helped him look while telling him I didn't think he wanted a 3 seater that he looked more like the sport ski or a stand up. They met us at the lake a few times and I let them ridea sport ski and a stand up or 2 and they just bought a 06 Superjet.. NO sitdowns for them. I can't even get one of them to ride a sitdown now... nah, my hood seal leaks and my ground cables gankstered up so i didnt really want him takin it out but i thougt about it

Your right.....i converted 3 weesk ago and can't stop....my motified 01 XP is collecting dust...
