Super Jet Threads pulled out on Jug

Alright gentleman, have a worked SJ and it has a dry pipe and the chamber mount uses the head bolts to bolt on. I had to take the mounting bracket off to fix and when putting it back on I was tightening the one head bolt i got it tight not way tight and it pulled all the threads out of the jug. The bolt still snugs you but obviously doesn’t get tight tight. Do you think the head will leak and other than ripping the whole thing back out how could I fix this? I

When mine do that, I pull the head and heli coil or time sert the hole. Mine starts leaking to combustion chamber. I wouldn’t run it..

I had a pro TEC head as well, none girdle though. Oring sealing combustion chamber and silicon sealing Outer perimeter Water jacket. Pro TEC still sold oring’s for mine.. give them a call. Txting or email him photo of the head may help, but he’s pretty sharp, make sure to at least describe exactly your head set up.

Time Serts are thick, You may not have Enough wall thickness fir those. Heli coils are good and not so big and wide...

I’d inspect all those threads once apart, make sure you get them all fixed at that time..

C2 head Looks like yours mostly. ?. this one takes oring kit 14-9420-1 ?

C2 head oring kit 701/760 $29.95 ?
