Throttle question

I was wondering if its possible to make the throttle like a pull throttle, like it is on a motorcycle. Has anybody done this?

This comes up about 2-3 times per year. I don't recall that anyone's done it (and I've read about it), but the general consensus is that it would not work well.
The steering movement of the bars is far greater on a PWC than a motor cycle. It would be very tough to keep your hands at the same angle throughout the range of bar motion.
