Thrust Innovations?? EZ Start?

Anyone on here been able to get any product from Thrust over that past year and a half?
Specifically there EZ start house, bilge and bypass fittings, trim?
I know the industry is crazy right now. But...I've been trying to get my hands on a EZ start house for the past year and a half!!

X2 for Airtime Products. They are in the UK but I put an order in for an ez start and some miscellaneous parts on a Monday and had it at my door on Thursday. They make some very nice parts.

Any rider worth a poop can pop the lanyard button up one handed and start. These things have no place with skis. Why the hell would you want your lanyard locked right when your out running a wave. Thats literally the worst time to run. Hands down 100x better off bear hugging the tray. Getting hit by the wave. And re starting afterward

Check the carnage section for the dude who lost his ski ar Pismo trying to out run a wave after he wrecked.

Anyways. No thrust sucks ass for getting ahold of. I need some trim parts only they make and can't even get them to answer a phone.

Buy Thrust parts through JM. Lots of items are discontinued or on backorder, but we stock what is available and popular.

You dont ride around with it locked in, You use it only if you are in a situation where you need to get the ski cranked and into an area of safety, then you grab your lanyard and pop it in, which disconnects the surf lever as you do it. Not everyone rides on the west coast where you may have 20 seconds between sets. On East coast sometimes there is only 5 seconds......... Your advice to to bear hug the tray is some of the worse advice I have ever seen as regards to safety. If you have a 5' wave breaking on you, you are not going to be able to hold one well, and if it pushes the ski to the bottom, you are likely to get all jacked up in the process. Better off to just let go and duck under the wave, worry about the ski later.

pretty much. i have used mine a handful of times in extreme caution in the surf where u decide that starting the ski lanyard less is less risky then getting pummeled by the next set. keep the idle on the low side if you are worried about it running away. 99% it gets used to start the ski on trailer/shop without having to hunt for a lanyard

Thank you Big Kahuna. We'll said.
I ride mainly Lake MI. When the waves are big, the intervals are super tight and your usually near a concrete or rock pier head.
You don't have time to wait it out, IE Kevin Bruins. An absolute amazing person who passed doing what we are all love!! This is a safty item to me and is used as such!

I made a few for my family and friends.
I don't intend on selling them but to cover cost of materials. So if you live in West MI and are intrested hit me up. This a labor of love for the sport.
