Thrust Innovations Mini Billet Throttle Lever

We just received a fresh shipment of levers in!
These levers are so trick, just what I wanted from a lever being 1 finger style, there's no mistake grabbing the throttle on accident coming down from no handed tricks. You can adjust the pitch of the lever by loosening 1 bolt, unlike other levers where you have to remove the entire lever to get to the adjusting bolt. These are made to work with 6mm Yamaha Cables and do not require a adapter.

Lots of guys are running kawi cables because they are heavier duty and cheaper, I can't see buying a new cable just for a new lever.

The kawi cables that arent OEM are not "heavier duty." The ends that thread into the finger throttle pull off like crazy.

Years ago, I used to use a single finger bmx lever called the gold finger and it was awesome. I bought one for my surf ski but the salt ate it up pretty quick so this is a pretty welcome product. The adjustability factor alone has me sold.

I am gonna feel really bad drilling that out to accept the Kawi cable though. I switched as well and don't see myself going back anytime soon.

Can't please everyone, Kaw cables are nice until you have to drill out your carburetor side mounting point and the next guy trying to install the correct cable pulls his hair out. Most people run aftermarket cables, the difference between aftermarket Yam and Kaw pricing is not much maybe $10. Now if were talking OEM the Yamaha is about triple the price of Kawasaki. If you look at the inner Kawasaki cable itself it's a coarser thread and you can feel it while pulling the throttle, especially after some time in salt. The Yamaha Cable is like cutting butter with a steak knife, so smooth.

Either way Brian said if we get enough demand he will make a kaw model.

Paul component engineering has a similar one finger lever for bike brakes that I wanted to use years ago. I actually contacted them about the barrel and thread size to see if it would be compatible and they told me it was a proprietary thread so I abandoned the idea since I didn't want to drill and re-tap a brand new part for my application. I am glad someone decided to make this. Nice looking product!
