I ordered a Thrust Innovations Ez Drain for a freestyle build I'm currently in the process of. I was super stoked to see that my package arrived so I can install and move forward with my project. It came wrapped in a ups bubble package then placed in a usps box. I opened everything to find out that the actual packaging that thrust makes was open and was missing a billet piece to the scupper valve. I was pretty upset because now this puts a stop to my build and is a inconvenience. I have tried to email Brian and call the shop to try and handle this situation and havent heard anything back.
