Shipping costs depend are where they are located and how much they ship, so it is hard to argue shipping costs

Thrust Innovations has always been great to me. Hate to see them getting bashed by guys with zero patience. How is it their fault the mail is not fast enough?
I just needed to vent.. both are 3 day usps out of Florida i believe. I like when vendors adjust shipping price based on what's purchased. Watcon screwed me a while back, i ordered something small, charged me 15. Could've been done for half maybe less. Everything jet ski related is expensive, i get it.. I'm just trying to maximize how far my dollar can go.

Thrust uses UPS whenever I buy from them. Never an issue and they have never intentionally overcharged me for shipping

Flat rate priority small box is about 10.00 usps, med / large is about 16.00. These are typically 3 day delivery. It also takes time to go to post office and box up and pay. Time is not free. Or boxing up and printing own labels at work. This takes time. They could add that price into the actual price of goods, but then when you buy alot you are paying way more than you need to. This way, your just paying for actual shipping. Saying you got screwed by Watcon on 15.00 shipping is bs. John is one of the most well respected members you will ever meet.
Venting is something you do in the general forum, starting a negative feedback thread is like kicking them in the balls from behind.
No it's not bs...It could've been handled better with both of those vendors. It's a small amount, but to me it adds up. I work hard to buy what i can, and i don't like paying extra because someone is lazy. You have your opinions and i have mine. It's my review not yours. I've ate hundreds in shipping helping others out, even letting parts go for free or under priced. My review is all i have and that's my experience.

Bit of Advice. Dont order from a company that is based on the North West. They're freight would cause you to file a lawsuit based on your complaints against 2 companies that have great reputations.

I moved this into a general review section sense this is more of a complaint than a negative feedback. We all get it. Your chapped about not getting parts ordered fast enough and feel like getting charged $15.00 for shipping and handling was way too much from a small jetski company. There is not a whole lot of markup on parts. These guys do not get rich off this stuff. I can speak a little about Thrust, Brian does all kinds of different not jetski related services to help pay the Bill's. Latest venture is selling larger boat trailers. We all like to save our money when we can. As far as your comments saying you loose money on selling and shipping, well, that is on you.
I'm going to disagree with you on on pretty much everything you said here also.. You obviously didn't get my point.. case closed

Think everyone got your point. Except you really did not give us much info other than "they over charged me". And Maniac has by far the fastest shipping out there. Faster than Facebook showing you stuff that you were thinking about!

Thrust has free shipping over $250. Just order 250 worth of stuff, then this problem won’t exist lol

I’m sorry to hear you are unhappy with shipping cost that the automated website charged you . Our shipping rates are extremely low in comparison .
You paid $10.71 shipping which was based on weight . The fact that we may have been able to find another method which saved us a dollar or so by us stock flat rate box or being smarter than the CPU system which we can afford . Your also not adding in the fact of cost of doing business , building , employees , computer systems , electricity , tape , boxes , packing , etc I don’t know to many business surviving on selling services at cost .
If you call and place a order I can assure I will give you as cheap as possible but when you order online and agree to shipping cost it is your choice at that point to cancel or move forward based on cost calculated .
In most cases our rates are so tight to quotes we loose money on shipping services and don’t forget it take on average 10-15 minutes to process a order .
I appreciate the post but feel free to call or email us about this in the future and I can look directly into your transaction.
