I hope this is the appropriate place to post this...
Probably about 4-5yrs ago I purchased one of the commercial type tiny tachs. Recently it quit working properly so I called the manufacturer Design Technologies www.tinytach.com to help me trouble shoot it. After doing that it still didn't work properly so I sent it to them so they could take a look at it. That was a couple weeks ago. Haven't had a chance to call them to see what the status of it was, but this morning the UPS guy shows up with a package and it was a BRAND NEW TINY TACH!! Holy crap! This was a 4-5yr old unit and they replaced it for FREE!! With that kind of customer service I had to give them a plug here.
