ok going against my judgment and doing this as u won't find any other neg feedback from me as I do like to keep problems to my self and just warn people around me...BUT THIS poop has gone TOO FAR...
I bought a blaster hood from the rad dudes(feb 13ish) (great guys to deal with) they had 5/6 glass hoods and offered carbon.. I bought a carbon. Rad dudes told me tony quoted them carbon was only a week out I figured ok no problem, so 2 weeks go byand i ask the rad dudes what's the deal with the hood, Tony' says he's glueing it together,ok
2 weeks go by i ask the rad dues what is going on with the hood...Tony hasn't glued it together a "week".
a week goes by I ask again.
Here's Tony's phone number text him see for your self.(march 20) So I text tony.tony says I got it sitting here I just need to glue it together.
Ok so when's that going to happen?
A week. Tony says he is going to Richmond to drop a hull off .I thought ok I know the person it's going to I can meet you pick it up and get the hood. Tony's says yes great plan.
April 8th I ask tony what's the eta on the hood I need it before wave daze so I can paint it. Tony said :sorry been trying to contact you..should be done Thursday April 11th , so I say I need it a week before so I can have it painted and on the ski for display for the rad dudes. ..
april 19 before wave daze still no hood I get a hold of tony ask him where's the hood at.
Tony says hes going to try ship it that nite after work.so that means i will get it 2 days before wavedaze? If that's the case bring it to wave daze..
wavedaze comes yeahhhh I get the hood,.. I walk up to the rad dudes Tony's there .. Me and rad dudes go look at it. Looks ok gel coats little funky but who cares i am painting it.Go to walk out tony says don't take it..I want to make you a nice one. No I have been waiting this long I can fix the outside no problems he fought with me DO NOT TAKE IT, I WILL HAVE ANOTHER DONE IN A WEEK,I WILL HAVE IT TO YOU IN 2 weeks if NOT I WILL GIVE U A FREE AQUABOT. rad dudes were there heard,witnessed it. So I said ok...
2 weeks go by I text him still no hood. No reply , next day i text again wtf. ...
he tells me I told rad dudes details u paid them go threw them.. really that's bul
I talked to rad dudes the day before they told me that you were going to call me and never did. You said I would have a hood in 2 weeks or I get a free aquabot. His reply was there's a icebox display from Daytona you can have. It's hanging on the wall of the bar at wavedaze go get it, he told me its not rideable not build able , very thin, no inserts no bulkhead, worthless... I told you tony at wavedaze I'd take the first hood because I knew this would happen. Tony says how much did u pay for the hood . I PAID DEALER COST FROM THE RAD DUDES CAUSE IT WAS TO BE ON DISPLAY AT WAVEDAZE..he says well u got a good deal so it don't matter when u get it.... Are u fen kidding me it don't fu(king matter what I paid u got what you wanted for the hood I paid in full u got the money. When's the hood being shipped.
MAY 17 I get a tracking number . So I look it up online says its not been dropped off yet so I call ups they say the same thing. I text tony. Hey hood shows it wasn't shipped. He tells me Oh must have been left on the truck. i tell him no they scan them...so he says well let me check on it. His excuse for not shipping it was some one thought it was a package that was delivered to tigercraft and moved it so it did not get shipped. It would be shipped out Saturday..he went on a rant saying he's a one man show and my ignorance isn't getting me any where no..I'm just trying to get what I paid for..
May 21st I get the hood. I open it slowly packed half a$$ed . Take it out it looks like dog crap I text the rad dudes hey this hood looks worst than the hood at wavedaze... The rad dudes AGREE..
At this point I'm at w.e il fix the hood and tony offered me the other hood free just to forget it ever happened and not mention anything of it online.
So the other day I put the hood on a hull wouldn't u believe it the hood don't fit. I text the rad dudes hey can I get my money back me and rad dudes talked on the phone for a while.so the rad dudes said they would offer a refund once tony sends them back the money. Ok..
So basically..I paid for a hood in feb didn't get it till late may. And don't fit and looks like a 2 yr old put it together.i paid what tony was asking for the hoods. Mine was the only carbon hood, and all the bs promises he makes are lies do not believe him as he will have u thinking you are getting what U paid for but it's total crap.
DO NOT BUY OR PUT A DEPOSIT ON ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY UNLESS ITS COMPLETE AND HE HAS IT AND U SEE IT. I FEEL SORRY FOR THE GUYS THAT BOUGHT HULLS and haven't got them
