sounds like ALOT of extra work bro. easier once its apart maybe, but getting to that point? i would end up just cutting it out of frustration haha.well i bought an extra sn hull and wanted to make a mould, too much work and tools i would end up spending more than my broke a$$ has.
i broke the pump pvc, all the water lines and other bs, it would be alot easier for me to just speapare it, defoam , install footholds, and get everything together and then just pop the bottom and top together.
any techniques reccomended?
i was thinking chizzle the inside boldline, then chizzle firewall, then go to the outside and work at it?
Wow - you're insane! I really don't understand what you are achieving here, except for making yourself a whole lot of work.
It's my second hull I really don't care it wasn't that much work. Just doin it in my free time and swaping everything when it's done. Plus I have 2 broken ride plate inserts, and pump inserts are messed up too. So that would of been a pain in the butt to do anyways
Hmm, well: if you have the time I guess. But you can do anything you need to in the tray area by hacking the tray out. Here's mine:
