Training!!!!!! Good Article

what do you guys think about a new forum... like Health & Fitness or something like that? i think it would be a good tool for alot of us to discuss training/fitness techniques and help motivate one another.

ive been thinking about this for a while... as our freeride/freestyle is growing and moving forward at an amazing rate, i think many of us would benefit from a solid training/exercise program. itd be nice to have a place to discuss regiments, diets, ..etc.

what do you guys think? just a thought.

oh yeah, and an mx section!!!!!!!!! :)

Nice. Cross training is very important! I mountain bike and ride quads, both help strengthen my whole body (biking does legs, quadding does upper body) while both letting me gain more balance which is essential for jet skiing. I stay away form heavy weights, I do NOT want to bulk up, that limits your ability to ride.
