Transparent Fuel Lines?

Quick Question...

Is there any local place like Pepboys or Autozone that one could purchase transparent Fuel, Cooling, Primer hoses at for a much cheaper price. Pretty much where would Blowsion, Wamiltons etc... buy there sh*t from? lol

How about home depot? I know they have clear hoses there in all sizes... anyone have any luck with that?

Be careful getting lines not designed for fuel. Fuel can destroy it.

Be careful with the home depot stuff. I work there and have used the clear vinyl tubing for fuel line. It says its fuel rated but it gets hard after one season. They do sell small pieces about 4ft long in the lawn mower section that's the right stuff but for the price you can get a lot more online. I believe the last stuff I ordered was from fuellineguy on ebay and it was less than $10 shipped for a 20ft roll.

what size for fuel lines

1/4". Fits a little bit loose on the carb nipples though

Use 3/16 line for 1/4 fittings or it will be loose after the first season and cause a fuel leak ..... this has been my experience with transparent line, FWIW
