Trim question on 50CAL Krash

Does the KRASH 50CAL RTR trim system work with or without a spring to hold the nozzle firmly down.....mine came with nothing in place, but I have yet to ride it after just completing my build....any pics would help...tks

thrust holds them down

The force of the thrust will push them back, but if you jump out of the water, there are times you would feel it "flop"..... Spring helps.
