Here it is my friends. I'm ready to start and finish a new project. I need some input from you guys of serious interest. I have a brand new 08 SJ lined up ready to purchase for molds. It will be the lightest and strongest hull I can produce. Some of you have seen my work, attention to detail, commitment and drive- it is serious. I have started on the SJ hood that is on the sidelines due to work at hand. I'm in position after this 7th EVO build I'm working on now to start the SJ. When I start I will knock it dead. The first one will debut to the public at Daytona 09. It will be a 08 SJ lower with options on length w/extensions. The upper will be the same with little change in appearance. The tray will be made wider by 2" total and small changes to the lines to soften it up a bit. The prices at this point, in this situation, will be the same as the EVO. There will be three levels as the EVO. Having said that, who is serious? Furthermore, who is interested in placing $1000 deposits on units 1-10 on a contractual basis. I will not accept any money until all is in line. This is the heads up to what is going on. So those who are serious in holding positions feel free to call or pm me. Or if you just have some positive input- shoot.

Awesome news Bobby. I'm not ready yet, but hopefully I'll be in a position to buy one sometime around Daytona 2010. Keep us posted with some pics and weights.

I rode some more SJ's and an 08 this weekend and the first thing I said was... "I wish these had a wider tray like an SXR!" I think that will be the best mod on your hull. Keep us posted. But I think I will still go with one of your SXR hulls. I am still a Kawie guy at heart.

I'm interested. I was gonna buy a stock 08 but i could always be tempted to swap everything from my SN over to a lightweight hull. PM me with some details such as expected delivery date and final cost.
Thanks.

Wow, that is awesome. I can't wait to check it out in Daytona, oops I just drooled a little just thinking about it. I know it will be a bad mofo and if I can save enough pennies I would love to be able to own one. After seeing Lustic hammer the Trinity hull into the sand nose first at OB and not break it I am confident that this will be the hull to watch if you want light weight and super strength.

Better add a few more k's to that price.

Bobby I know I am just dreaming but eventually I will get one of your hulls. I would love an X2 style conversion hood to go along with it! As soon as my debt is paid off in a year I am going to get one!

why??
the sxr kit is that price too?

what would the SJ EVO XF Kit weigh? And will this be the price? $2999.99

That is the price for the Base line Kit boat. That means you put the entire thing together, he just builds the parts. You put in the hard points and everything... more then the average guy is probaby willing to take on.

I think that is also just the base line model es. For the XF (kevlar, s-glass) you will be paying more, for the added cost of material.

Remember folks, this is not a Waterlog Kustoms hull. This is a high quilaity hull built to last years and year's of abuse. Your gona get what your hard earned $$$ is paying for. :beerchug:

Good to know cracker! I don't know Bobby or have any dealings with him. But what I do know is #1) the dude builds carbon fiber airplanes for a living. 2) He build the molds for the EME's. 3) I have only seen two other builders on here talk about and show some of their builds. That is Watercraft Factory and Waterdawg before he disappeared. So take it as you may. I don't know that much about glass work. But I am impressed with Bobby's work and wouldn't be scared to buy one of his hulls. That being said... I better start saving up!

There will be kit options. I will update this thread when it is nearing completion and there is solid info. I will say that what is being done will be extensively tested and dialed be the influence of several pro riders before any large molds are made. :sneaky:

I spoke with Bobby yesterday, and in all of my years, I have met few people in the sport who are on top of their game like he is with these hulls. I am waiting for someone to take one of his SXR hulls that weigh 66 pounds and drop in a 951. :)
