SX/SXi/SXi Pro tunning 44mm on 750sx

Hey guys, just wondering if any of you could help me out with tuning this carb. [Mikuni 44mm]
The motor is a 93 in my 94 sx hull, stock exhaust. I was planning on tinkering till I got it right, but I realized someone here might be able to save me a hour or two.
Anyone know where my high,low, and idle should be?

I was wondering the same thing i am working on tuning my ski in also and i went and read the "tuning for rookies" and its a great write up!!! But i was wondering if anyone could suggest where a good place is to start with jetting. Right now i have a 150 high speed jet and a 115 low speed. I have to double check what my needle and seat are but i know i have the silver spring. I plan on going down on the high speed because it seems that it is running to rich and adjusting the carb doesn't seem to have to much of an effect. I also have a stock exhaust.
