Other Turn off Tapatalk Private Messages?

Anyone know how I can turn this off or set it to not accept messages?

I'm all for communication but I already sift through email, facebook messages and PM's on the X but at least I can view these from any and every device. These PM's through Tapatalk on just my phone are a PIMA!

Just delete the message. I did that as soon as I got the first notification I got from it. Haven't had one since

No, I deleted the group message right away, I'm talking about PM's started through Tapatalk the app, rather than the normal "Conversations" started through the forum itself.

I see a notification on my phone and give it a quick skim then later when I finally have time to respond, I can never find them. I search through pages of conversations on the X-H2O and they are nowhere to be found. I finally check my phone and there they are.

I get that some people do everything on their phones but I do not, nor will I ever. Between work and home, I am usually never more than a few feet from a computer.

In the forum settings, I can choose to not accept PM's from other members, surely there has to be a way to disable this in Tapatalk itself.?.?.?

I think on your phone you can turn off your push notifications from tapatalk. That way you won't be alerted every time someone messages you. As far as deleting them permanently and not receiving them at all, I don't think that's possible. Maybe you should just delete Tapatalk all together?

The reason you can't find those messages on Tapatalk is sometimes people don't realize they are sending a message via tapatalk chat rather than a standard X message. Then once you go to find them on the X, while on a computer, they aren't there. It took me a while to notice this too.

Yes, I get all that, especially about the guys just not knowing. The easiest solution is to just disable it so they are forced to contact me through normal channels.

If I disable notifications, they still send the message, I just never get an alert at all and customers think I am blowing them off.
