Turning left or jumping Carb goes lean(almost dies)-how to fix?

have a Brand New 2021 superjet 701 with stock carbs and tuned perfect, hits super hard, idles great, starts everytime in 1 sec, but out in waves every time i TURN LEFT 180 or more or jump carb dies (sound like goes lean for 2 seconds) and then back to ripping again? what'd i do wrong?

So is it every time you turn left hard or every time you jump too?
