I believe the Chamber is cracked so the water injection mentioned below is required.
Although I Ran this set up on a TPE 964 with Mikuni 46's it will work awesome on a 701. I had this set up in a 2002 Super jet and 2016 XFS Rickter, Ran fantastic with the #85 Main jet water injection.
