My rickter has pretty cool GFX on the bottom, but I wish it didnt....lol Don't you guys beach your skis? The "sand paper" and shell beachings should make it look like crap in no time. One solid color (same as gelcoat/epoxy coat) is the way to go IMO for the bottom of a surf ski.

one layer of 2oz glass fixes that problem Im debating throwing a graphic under my ski but not really sure what, just looking for ideas

You'd wear right through that stuff as well. I have TWO layers of 14oz S glass cloth on the bottom of mine and I'm starting to wear through the first layer in the first year.
