UNSTABLE STARTER SPEED ּ SPARKS ISSUE

HI,

need help to find root cause for issue i didn't deal with before.
when i tried to start the ski with MSD enhancer i had spark only when let off the start button, cranking fast and stable.
so i swapped my MSD with stock CDI and it act differently-
A. With spark plug connected it crank with unstable speed till it start
B. With spark plugs in but disconnected wires it crack fast and stable

so i did the next tests\checks, without findings-
1. Swapped MSD with stock CDI back again and it act like before, single spark only when let off the button.
2. Ran anther ground to e box
3. Measured stator resistance , all in spec
4. Replaced battery
5. Replaced positive cable from battery to e box
6. Swapped starters

still same issue.

next i will check stator notch alignment.
any other idea what it can be?

Pull your flywheel, the key could have sheered and your flywheel indexed a little causing late timing..... I had this happen where it sparked when let off, Found white wires needed swapping on the enhancer and it fixed it. Had another issue with the harness at the ebox where the start/stop plugs into. Check the wires at the rubber grommet, see if loose feeling, measure resistance.
