Upload pics via directory?

I used to be able to choose to upload pics from from mac's directory. Now it only gives me an option to go by URL. All my pics are on my laptop

Where do you see upload via URL? I see Upload a File which immediately goes to the file browser on Win7.

edit. feel stupid did not see the HUGE upload a file icon. I was only looking at the row of icons above.. sorry all
