Uploading full size pics ?

Seems like half the people are posting pics as an attachment file and the other half as full size pic. What is the method to avoid it being an attachment ? I knew how on the previous site, seems like others could benefit too.

There is an option when you upload it to insert it full size. Tapatalk does it automatically I think.
