Anyone have the specs for mix ratio by weight instead of volume?
One of my dam pumps doesn't work.

Using 635 thin epoxy 3:1. Didn't see any info for weight mixture on their site and they are closed for the holidays,

just mix it by volume.
plastic syringes work well for small volumes.
red (beer) cups work fine for large.
just take the volume of mixed resin you want and divide by 4
put that much water into one red cup and mark w/sharpie
then using water take three of those volume and mark the other cup
dry cups and mix epoxy!

I have mixed all of my US Composites resin by weight. WAY less waste and always precise measurements. Go get a food scale from Walmart or something. By the end of a 1.33 gallon kit, it'll be almost perfect. I'll end up with 2-3 ounces of resin and no hardener but I'll live with a few extra grams of hardener in my batches but not extra resin so that probably has something to do with it.

Doing it by weight is definitely the way to go. Those pumps start to burp and take for ever to use, esp on larger projects. I always assumed the density was the same between the two but now you have me wondering. My projects always turned out great with plenty of strength and fatigue life so if treating them equal is not 100% correct it is certainly close enough to go by.
