Ordered the last "ski lock" he had and wanted to throw Ziggy some more money so I thought I would try 2 of the Jet Renu products. He had great pricing for Black Friday so why not. He let me know the following Monday that he shipped the lock but was having the other products drop shipped. Well. Today I get a call from a number I don't recognize so I don't answer. Later I type number into Google and see that it is Rock County Jet ski Shop. So I give him a call. He just wanted to call and give an update on the other products. He could have just sent an email or pm..... this is excellent customer service. Thanks Ziggy. @Watcon
