Freestyle Water in rear cylinder, crank seal?

Last night I noticed my motor started running a little weird. Today I had it sitting on my floating mat, and it takes on water from the scupper. I went to start it, no luck, the motor filled up with water. Not sure if it came from the lay down pipe or the crank seals.
Got it on shore. Pumped the water out, rode it around. It started out good. But after 20 minutes started running crappy. Popped the hood and it looks like the rear cylinder is getting water in it somehow. See pictures attached. You can see the white in the rear carb.
So I'm guessing that's why it's running crappy. First thought is it has to be getting water from the rear crank seals, but I rode it a few more times and it kept looking the same, even when there was no water in the hull. So now I'm wondering where it might be coming from. Any ideas?

Any help would be great. I don't have a pressure gauge to test the cases.

Xs 865 with tnt v3 pipe.

Im thinking you have a blown head gasket/oring (what ever those fancy motors use) and a reed issue allowing it to blow back into the f/a.

Chances are that your crank seals are fine. If they where leaking you would of had a run away motor.

For starters I would fire that thing up with no water to it for 20 sec or so and fog the poop out of the engine.

Run it in the water with the hood off. See if you have a hose connection leaking and pissing water into your carb.
Those pre filters also hurt more than help when they get wet. They hold the water instead of just letting the engine process it, which could be why you see that white for so long after. Then again, inside of my ski looks like that on any given day, and it runs just fine...

We had this issue once, ended up being a warped head (Ada). Maybe just bad head o-ring(s).

I never had good lucky with frog socks, I would remove those. Ideally buy a adapter kit and run a oem air box, couple companies make adapters now.

I'll try it without the covers on.

Started it up in the garage and when I rev it, it seems to shoot excessive fuel up out of the carb, just on that one carb. Is that from reeds?

Found the problem. Finally had to start taking things apart. The reed cage screws came loose. So the cages moved around.
The o ring behind them was half gone. So not sure where it went, but hopefully it's out by now. Think an o ring through the motor can do any damage?

Nice, its always a relief to pinpoint an issue. I wouldn't worry about an o ring. It will chew that up and spit it out and it most likely did a while ago.
