Blaster Waveblaster driveline coupler replacement

2 summers ago my driveline coupler blew apart on me and I almost sand my ski. Skip ahead to today and I finally ordered a new one.

Question! Whats the best way to replace it? Do I need to pull the motor?

Another question! When it blew apart it busted the coupler cover. Do I really need to replace this or will it be fine without it?

You will have to pull the engine and mid-shaft to get the old couplers off and new ones on.

You need to realign your pump/midshaft/engine when installing these are you may break them again.
