waveblaster vs waveblaster 3

is there a difference in the weight of a waveblaster for a waveblaster3? I saw that the waveblaster 3 engine is 800 cc 2T 120 HP
I want one for freestyle, I already have a superjet, but I wanted to test a WB

It's the transition step from the B2 to the GP800. They are almost non-existant in North America so I have not had the opportunity. The B2 and B3 are not going to be freestyle machines. They can be good on a track, but that is not what you are looking for. For freeride you are going to want a B1. If you are an aggressive rider you can modify the B1 hull or motor. The B2 (and probably the B3) is more of a cruiser. It jumps well but only straight. It's not going to be getting flipped or much on re-entries, but I'm sure the right rider in the right conditions can do anything. If you are thinking the B3 is the right choice because of the motor, you are misguided. The motor power wont make up for the extra size and weight compared to a B1.

There are also alternatives to the B1 if your budget and accessibility (I see you are in brazil) permit. You can look at the Rickter MX1, Krash Reaper, Tigercraft has one, and there are also options for fixed steer hoods on the superjet. The Gen 1 X2 is a fun fixed steer but it's mechanically a nightmare. I have not gotten to ride a Gen2 X2-800 but if people freeride the SXR, I'm sure you can freeride that. There are some options for the Gen2 X2 other than OEM, such as a top deck swap for a SXR (be careful about making sure components are available such as steering) or a bullet (which is built for racing).

I have both the X2 gen2 and a WB3.

WB3 is light, turns very sharp, if you let off the gas it will bail you out. The stock ski is reliable, its sluggish off the line due to huge amount of water entering the w/b. I ride it flat and in waves, jumps real nice off a bigger wake. Bumping comression justa tad, and fisxing those crappy carbs a bit makes a big difference in performance. It's also relatively good on gas if you ride normally, if you ride it like it should be its gets hungry for both oil and gas - get rid off the oil container and go premix..

X2 g2 is a totally different machine and its great. It's amazing TBH, even stockish... which mine is already not...
