I have never had a problem getting stuff. 1 complete hull.....1 Diablo hood....1 chin pad.......and 1 set of holds....at least.

And they actually got here quick.....quicker than my part from BK.....:poke:























J/k BK....I'm in nohurry....but jeesh!

They said they had to route it through WDK.

( It is scheduled to be there today)

A good portion of WDK customers have zero problems, but another portion have trouble getting their parts, he doesn't answer their calls/e-mails, and even another portion have to threaten legal action before getting their stuff finally.

I don't speak american very well for calling them and Jeff from WDK say me that he doesn't have tracking number..:frown:

I think it's a serious shop and for the delivering at France it's maybe more long.

If he does not have a tracking number then I would bet he has not shipped it out yet.

I have seen many posts regarding WDK and problems with receiving parts (expensive parts/hulls), but my experience with Jeff @ WDK was great. I called and left a message when the Razor hoods were new. He returned my call, TWICE. I wasn't able to respond right away with the first message and he called a second time the next day. I spoke directly with Jeff. He was very easy to talk to regarding questions about Superjet parts. I paid over phone with credit card and received my hood, nose and other parts within 7-10 days. I'm in Georgia and the shipping is from U.S. west coast. I would assume 3-4 weeks is a generous amount of time to receive products from WDK. You might try bombarding his phone and email with contacts until you get a response. If I have money out there for products I have not received I turn into a pitbull until my stuff shows up. Good luck.

jeff is a good guy that spreads himself too thin too often. just stay in touch,he will take care of you.

I saw big delays and irregularities in his shipping and customer support but he never lost track of my orders and they all showed up eventually. When he's spread thin you may have to wait, but when things calm down, rest assuered he's on it and gets everything caught up. Be patient, you will get it and you wil be happy with it.
 
Yes i believe he is a good guy but i live in France and i wished your opinion:wink:
