Wear ring replacement

Is it possible to replace the stainless wear ring? I have a 140mm Mag wear ring with a cracked housing and was wondering if it was possible to remove it from the bad housing and re-install it in a good housing.

When sleeves are replaced in a cylinder, it is heated up and the sleeves can be removed and then replaced---is this possible with a wear ring?

The OEM ring has to be bored out as the aluminum is cast around it. It is not a big job, just takes time.

just turn it on its right side. it may be so heavy that it just drains out.
