I wouldn't believe it 100%. I checked my birthday last year because I knew it snowed a good bit say 6" plus. Well it said there was 0 percipation... I know it snowed because my local ski resort has a special Wednesday nights and I was going snowboarding hell or high water last year to ride the powder! It was an ok day except my board was too short = slow on the new snow and then my toe strap broke and carving became harder. I still had fun and that weather teller almanac is still pretty cool.
