The Westcoast head is like a milled stock head with changeable domes. The good part is that it uses a stock 61X head gasket that will never leak or have corrosion problems. The ADA head is girdled, which has become important for fear of cylinder cracking. It uses no gasket and is more prone to leaking combustion gases into the water jacket. I would remove the cylinder and lap the deck before using an ADA head.
