Depends on riding style. I would say 30-40% reduction in runtime. I would run premium......... especially with timing advance.

It's not about miles per gallon, it's about smiles per gallon.

Remember, you are probably going about the same distance...you are just getting there A LOT faster. The ski revs up way faster...I would guess that you will ride way more aggressive with the pipe.

it's an sxr engine with a single 48 novi and a c4 chamber but in an x2; 45-55 min tops. Like said before it's about the smiles! I grin ear to ear the whole time! Then fill up and go some more. I ride in the river or lake

my wife's 09 sxr with TBM flywheel and wet-pipe her riding an 1-1/2 or so me on some buoys 1 hour

last season, I ran a Kawi 830, ported to the gills, 195 psi, 46 sbns, rad flywheel, stock ignition, wet pipe. stock tank in my Q8, fuel consumption was awesome 1-1.5 hrs easy

I'm new to standup and now finally think my "problem" is that I'm just running low on fuel! Because "reserve" may be malfunctioning, I am hoping.....my ski looses power after about 45 minutes of running just fine, and each time I haul it out of the water while perplexed and notice low fuel in the tank. (I start out with 3 gallons). I blame the ski but it might just be starving for fuel. All this worry because "reserve" does not remedy the bad running and loosing power, but maybe my reserve switch is bad!!! Today I'm gonna take extra gas in a can and fuel up after it acts up and see what happens.
