Roughly - what does size 8 translate to in modern day sizes on the Jet Pilot?

I'm currently rocking an O'Neill Medium Short 3/4 setup like this and it might help me look cooler if I could fit that jet pilot since my buddy bought your WETS suits.

Still Interested in the jetpilot suit. Did a little digging and maybe it's a youth size 8? That's the only numbered sizes I could find from them.

Okay, this must be a youth size wetsuit. Its 48" from top to bottom, and 12" from underarm to underarm across the front haha
