I had a short cone on my 750, but I also put a 650 bored exit nozzle on at the same time. The difference was noticeable, but I'm not sure how much credit to give the cone.
Buy one of these R@D afterburner pump stuffer. TBM makes them also,
better part worth the money.
Mike at optimaracing.com has a good price one either brand.
i got one of there pump cones i went from a stock cone to a freestyle cone and i all so bored the nozzle out and i noticed a big difference and it was half the cost of a blowsion cone !:reporter:
The pump stuffer will make your pump hook up more (poor mans mags pump). The TBM comes with 3 different cones that you can use to "tune" your pump to your setup. I have the TBM in mine and it made a good difference
not with the stubby cone ,i was talking about a pump stufer like a tbm one .i was thinking about a blowsion custom impeller cut back with a tbm pump stuffer
If an impeller is cut back to far it WILL hit the stuffer.
also stuffers are designed to be used with a large hub impeller. just like the mag pumps, because of the larger diameter bearing carrier ( hub).

I run a skat c75 impros cut the impeller to fit my 650 pump and relined my housing and I run a rad dudes spacer. You might want to shoot impros an email or give him a call. In my sxr I run same afterburner with the stock impeller, bolts right up!
