What are my pole pad options?

I have a 2000 RN and when I came up from a sub my pole pad was floating next to me. The plastic tabs that hold the brass nuts ripped right off. What are my options to put another pad on here without spending a ton of money. Thanks

we make carbon OEM style ones covered in Hytroturf for $165. maybe worth the investment...especially if you like to do subs!
