Actually, clear your browser's cache/temporary internet files and you'll probably be fine.

Which reminds me, one tip to make your computer run a more reliably is (as long as you have fast internet access) to set your cache limit around 20mb. By default, IE will set it at like 1% of your disk space which can be over 1Gb nowadays easily. It's quicker for your browser to download all the stuff on a page than to find it/pull it off the disk when you have that many files. Geek Out!

I'm no computer expert, how does one do this?

For Windows XP

Right click on my computer, go to the advanced tab, then click on performance setting/advanced. go to the virtual memory tab and click on change.

You can customize your virtual memory from there.
