Looks like OEM prop to me. 3.5 could mean 13/15?

pitch could be wrong, but thats just my guess. It really looks like an OEM stainless impeller though.

no way is that a 13/15. look at the leading edges of the prop, they point forward and take a huge bite of water. low pitch props angle back towards the veins or flat. that prop is huge.

I would say you should order a prop that is matched to your setup.
Randomly bending the blades to try and achieve something is not going to get you what you want. Instead you just ended up with an unwanted vibration.

I think he was just justifying why the pitch didnt look stock but the original question remains it is a stock prop regardless of the pitch.
The leading edges look very steep, this will cause vibration when you open the throttle at low speeds. Any protrusions or air leaks in front of the impeller will also cause vibration.
