What is "Quick Steer"

I am looking at getting a quick steer system (cold fusion, x metal, etc.) for my superjet but am confused on what it actually does. Does it do what image 1 depicts or image 2? Or is it a combination of both image 1 and 2 with less turn of the bars to full deflection and more nozzle throw.

Your steering stop should limit the movement of the bars. Image 2 would be more accurate allowing more nozzle throw.
