What is the small cooling line off of my b pipe head for ? Thanks in advance

That is for a EWIC. Yes possible a spray bar to fan water into head pipe governed by an electronic water module detecting rpms to control a solenoid valve to open and close as rpms rise the solenoid shuts off. Used to increase bottom end. I have one on my ski and it works. This is on a Protech pipe non ported motor. EWIC is spendy, I would plug it with 1/8" brass plug iif you do not have means to connect a EWIC.
