What is this part?

I am getting towards the end of my build and came across this part. It looks familiar but I cannot think of what it is used for. I want to say steering or start/stop switch. Anyone out there know?

stearing cable clip I think.

it goes inside start stop switch, keeps the wires from giting yanked out..
