What motor should I run???

Hey guys, I'm putting in my deposit on a v2x that I'll be running 50/50 flat water and surf. I'm looking for a fun play ski, not necessarily a "flat water ski", but something I can push myself to learn some new skills on flat water with. I currently run a JM 735 with a 144 hooker 9/15 and find it to be a pretty fun set up. Any suggestions on a good, affordable set up for my new ski? Thanks!

@holeshot stroker crank kit is a good way to add some power to your 735. Or go with his whole able 810cc package.

I'm selling the jm 735 with my hull, so I'll have a clean slate for the new v2x.

PHP powermouse 780 +4mm lightweight crank. It's a great all around motor, pretty impressive for what it is.

There was a used jm781 for 1200$ on the facebook superjet/sxr page.

If you have a budget talk to @holeshot and see what he can do. You might need to pick up a set of 200$ used 62t cases.
