SXR What year did the SXR have changes and what were they?

I thought I read somewhere in 2006 the SXR had slight modifications from the factory? Is that true and what were those tweaks?

The only change ever was the electronics from 2003 to 2004. The 04s and above run off of the stator, not the battery, so you can run it with no battery in it once it starts.

The pump shoe changed from white to black... Or was it black to white? Either way it was a huge improvement

03' has older sxi pro style ignition which is actually the best setup
04' new ignition and minor case porting from the factory.
05' black hull...hull rides more nose down than previous ones. Kawi says mold dint change but anyone who raced them will disagree. Hull side hood hooks get some reinforcing.
06' to current are unchanged I believe.
