I live in norcal (east bay). Its always super cold and I need a wetsuit. Whats the best wetsuit I can get on a budget?

if your "OK" with a suite thats been pree pee'd in, then look for a used suit at your local dive/surf shop/thrift store.
check craigslist, ebay.
i use a quakysense wet suit its super flexible, looks good, and keeps me relatively warm for a thin "hybrid" suite.
not as warm as a full on neoprene suite but when its that cold i just wear a dry suit.
