SXR Whats this sxr worth?

Its an 06 bored with new pistons, .1 over. Has a ride place, prop, and intake grate. custom paint that i dont like. he wants 2500 for it in pieces. i just have to put the motor back together and put the stock pipe back on it. Comes with a 140$ gasket kit.

What do you think? I'll get pics soon.

Its in pieces? I bet if you show up with 15 crisp bills he'd take it.. but, question is, what's it worth to you?
