I need to cut back my plug wires, and they have crimp-on terminals. I can't find them at any of the usual auto parts stores. Is there anyone that sells just the terminals without new boots?

whats the best method for installing them
to fold back exposed wire and crimp over it
or splice the exposed wire and crimp then crimp the wire holder.

I'm sure they're more than a few automotive speed shops in Durham that will sell you some stainless wire end terminals and the crimp tool.
