Where can you find black milk crates?

I'm looking for some black milk crates so that I can mount them on my trailer to hold my VP Racing jugs.

Anyone have any ideas. Do you think Wal-Mart or Target would have them or even HD/Lowes?

Thanks:biggthumpup:

I used to work at a grocery store called Cash and Carry and we always had huge pyramids in the back of them. People would come in all the time and ask for a few and we were always happy to give them out. I'd say try all your grocery stores first and you should easily get all you want for no $$.

Cool. I wasn't sure if grocery stores still had the old style milk crates or not.

It is illegal to use this item inconsistant with it's lableing.... If you put milk crates on the trailer you would have to haul milk in them....

I was doing some work the other day behind a grocery store and they had all different colors of "crates" I only came home with one balck one though... LOL You should be able to get some black ones before you make it to walmart...

wow, I can't believe I never thought about it before!!!

Our local gas stations always have stacks and stacks of them.... I'm going to grab a few... And I will use some paint and write gas on the side so they will be no longer used for hauling milk but gas now....

I can't believe I never thought about that!!! I was going to buy a holder + the tanks that fit the holder... I think this idea just saved me like $150+
