Where do these go? First SJ build

i bought my first superjet in pieces. Got it for a really good deal otherwise I would have bought a complete ski. 2001 RN with a 62t/62t motor. I finally have just about all the pieces and I'm starting to assemble it. I have 5 wires that I have no clue where they go. They come out of the start/stop wire about half way to the plugs. Green/red/pink/brown/black.

That ebox was out of a couch and those wires used to feed the instrument cluster.

If you are so inclined, you could open up the ebox and remove them all together. They plug inline with the wires that need to stay so it shouldn't be a big deal to unplug them from the circuit and plug the remaining wires back together. They are all color coded for simplicity.

You will need to either leave portions of the wires in the grommet to seal it up or fill the holes with something else. Some use silicone but I prefer to use rubber o-rings of an appropriate size.

The remaining wires for the start/stop are also alot longer than required. If you really want to make things tidy and you have access to oem style bullet connectors, you can also pull all the extra wire back inside the ebox, trim them back and re-terminate everything.

Or you can order a new harness from me and toss in a tidy bilge kit while you have it all apart.

Sweet! Thanks for the info man! I'll definitely be picking up one of your hanesses on down the line. Trying to get this thing on the water on a budget then modify and upgrade later.
